马鞍山市独生子女与非独生子女身心健康状况比较——对学校体育改革的启示

摘　　要：通过对400名独生子女与非独生子女的测试调查对比,掌握了其身体形态、身体素质、身体机能、心理状况的特点。在分析研究青少年独生子女化对学校体育影响之后,就学校体育的发展战略提出几点建议。Through comparing the test results of 400 singletons and unsingletons, the author grasped the characteristics of their body figures, physiques, enginery, and psychological status; and put forward several suggestions for the development strategy of school physical education with this social background after analyzed the affects on it from the socialization of singletons.
