摘　　要：文章从三峡大学高水平运动队的管理实践出发,对高水平运动队建设的指导思想进行了阐释,并从高水平运动队的招生,学籍、训练和日常管理四个方面对其管理特点进行了分析,最后提出项目选择、赛制、教练员队伍建设及后勤科研保障等难点问题,以期对普通高校高水平运动队的发展提供参考。Based on the management practices of the top-level sports team in the Three Gorges University, the paper illustrates some principles of management system and operates modes of the top-level sports team by analyzing its students＂ enrollment, students＂ registration, students＂ training as well as daily management. Meanwhile, the paper suggests such difficulties as training program option, competition system, coach training as well as related studies should be solved in order to develop a good environment for the top-level sports team.
