摘 要:研究Z3-1号海洋细菌bacillus marinus发酵液的化学成分.利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和1H-NMR,13C-NMR等波谱数据进行结构鉴定.得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为环(甘氨酸-脯氨酸)二肽、环(丙氨酸-脯氨酸)二肽、环(亮氨酸-脯氨酸)二肽、对羟基氧代吡啶、尿嘧啶、胸腺嘧啶、β-谷甾醇和尿素.以上化合物均为首次从该种细菌发酵液中分离得到.Studies the chemical constituents of the fermentation liquid from marine bacteria bacillus marinus (No. Z3-1). The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization. Their structures were determined on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods such as ^1H-NMR and ^13C-NMR. Eight compounds separately were identified as cyclo-(Gly-Pro) dipeptide, cyclo-(Ala-Pro) dipeptide, cyclo-(Leu-Pro) dipeptide, 4-hydroxy-1-oxy-pyridine, uracil, thymine, β-sitosterol and urea. These compounds were obtained from bacillus rnarinus for the first time.
