摘　　要：为了实现我国铁路设计、修建、运营和管理的可持续发展,本文提出了"绿色铁路"的概念和内涵,并建立了我国绿色铁路评价指标体系。通过运用模糊评价法对大理丽江铁路进行了绿色铁路评价的,表明绿色铁路评价指标体系的建立和运用是客观可行的。This paper has presented the notion and intension of ＂Green Railway＂, and founded the Green Railway Evaluating Indicator System for to realize our national railway sustainable development of design, construction, transport operation and management. The appraisement of Dali-Lijiang railway by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has proclaimed that foundation and application of the green railway evaluating indicator system are impersonality and feasible.
