摘　　要：论述电视加解扰系统主要考虑的几个问题。系统吸收了国外电视加解扰系统的精华，结合国情设计出具有安全性高、还原图象质量好。s Some key points in CATV scrambling systems are discussed in this paper.The authors have designed a new CATV scrambling and descrambling system with high security,high picture quality and low cost according to the Chinese national conditions based on the experiences obtained from advanced foreign products.
