摘　　要：地方高等学校如何办出特色,已经成为摆在我们面前必须研究的重要问题。从我国普通高等学校的区域分布、地方高等学校与人口比较、国家与地方高等学校重要数据比较、地方高等学校的类型分布和生均预算内教育经费分布看我国地方高等学校,可以宏观地把握地方高等学校的办学特色。Local higher school denotes the higher educational management system reform of our country rear, by the ordinary higher school of the local government manager of different levels. End for 2005 years, the higher school of national manager have 111, others are local higher school. Local higher school how to do characteristic, has become the important problem of pendulum in must study in front of us. Is compared with population from the regional distribution and local higher school of our country of ordinary higher school, country is compared with local higher school important data the type distribution of, local higher school and give birth to budgetary educational funds to spread to see the local higher school of our country, can macroscopic assurance local higher school run a school characteristic.
