摘 要:目的:探讨内斜视弱视眼多焦视网膜电图(mfERG)的改变。方法:对20例4~8岁调节性内斜视弱视儿童行mfERG检测,并与同年龄正常儿童进行比较。结果:①内斜视弱视眼各环N1、P1波振幅密度值降低,在中心环存在显著性差异;②各组上半视网膜N1、P1波较下方振幅密度降低、潜伏期延长,存在统计学差异,鼻颞侧视网膜反应差异无显著性。结论:内斜视弱视眼mfERG存在异常改变,提示黄斑区视网膜功能可能存在异常。Objective: To investigate the variation of the muhifocal electroretinogram in esotropia amblyopes. Methods: The mfERGs first - order kernels in 20 accommodate esotropia children aged 4 - 8 yeas old were recorded and compared with those in normal children. Results: The N1 wave and P1 wave amplitude densities were significantly reduced in the central ring in esotropia amblyopic eyes (P ≤ 0. 05 ) . In each group, the N1 wave and P1 wave amplitude density were higher and peak latency was longer in the upper retina than in the lower, there was no difference between nasal and temporal retina. Conclusion: The mfERGs of esotropia amblyopic eyes are abnormal, the function of central retina is abnormal probably .
