试论大学英语教学改革与发展

摘　　要：本文首先扼要地回顾了我国外语教学的沿革。在此基础上，介绍了大学英语教学在当前改革过程中所面临的新形势与发展机遇。文章指出大学英语教学改革是发展之必然，应该采取积极的态度适应教学改革在教学理念、教学模式、学习方式等方面带来的变化。This paper first briefly reviews the history of English teaching in China. Then it discusses the current situation of college English teaching and opportunities for its further development in the course of the reform program. The paper points out that college English teaching reform is inevitable, and we should take a positive attitude towards the reform and get ourselves accustomed to the changes in new teaching ideas, models and learning moods.
