摘 要:目的了解目前微生物鉴定状况,发现存在问题,为采取有效的措施提供依据。方法对考核的肠道致病菌和非致病菌经目前基层常用的形态学、培养特性、生化学、血清学等常规微生物学鉴定,确定未知菌的菌群、菌型。结果通过对未知菌全面的微生物学鉴定,确定为B群沙门菌(O4:Hb:—)、阴沟肠杆菌和产硷普罗威登斯菌。结论应该对市场上用于疾病诊断、检测用的常规培养基、微量生化培养基,血清学诊断用品等进行规范化管理和整顿。生产厂家在资质认定基础上统一生产模式、生产程序、生产标准,提高质量,提高效价,最大限度减少由于试剂存在的问题造成微生物检验(测)工作中出现误差,以进一步提高微生物学检验(测)工作水平。Objective Microbe detection capacity teat was carried out in Anhui in 2006 in order to understand the work present situation of microbe detection capacity, vocational level, possibly existing problem so as to develop effective measures of improving microbe detection capacity. Methods Unknown samples used in test included enteric pathogenic bacteria and non - pathogenic bacteria. The flora and bacterial type of unknown bacteria were defined through morphology, cultural character, biochemistry, serology et al. microbiological identification and the report was given out. Results Through overall microbiological identification, C^# was salmonella of B O4: Hb: -, D^# was entcvobacter cloacae, and E^# was providencia alcalifaeien. Conclusions We must fast and correctly judge the possible cause of disease so as to manage out standing public heath event timely at prevention and control work. Ordinary culture medium, microbiochemical medium, serological diagnose reagent used to diagnose and test for disease, which would be managed and consolidated with force and standardization in order to improve detection level.
