摘　　要：人的存在是一个多种体验的经历过程。在人的存在方式中,休闲是最令人向往的部分。人的休闲行为是多种多样的,但多样化的休闲行为总是受制于一定的休闲观。休闲观属价值观范畴,是个体价值观在休闲问题上的特殊表现,休闲观的核心是个体对待物质和精神的态度。休闲观具有一定的层次性,休闲行为反映休闲观并接受休闲观指导。休闲体育是诸多休闲方式的一大种类,休闲体育活动的选择也必然体现一定的休闲观。Man surely has many experiences in his life. Leisure, which is valued by people, is a part of his existence. Man may have many sorts of leisure activities that are controlled by his philosophy of leisure. The leisure value is a part of his value. It is value that displays his leisure activities. The core of leisure is the attitude of a man to the relationship between matter and mind. The leisure value has its levels which control the leisure activities of all levels. Leisure sport is a sort of leisure. People＇s leisure sport activities are governed by his leisure value.
