糖胃康对糖尿病胃轻瘫大鼠血浆胃动素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨糖胃康对糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)大鼠血浆胃动素的影响,进而探讨其对改善DGP的作用机制。方法采用链脲佐菌素和高热量饮食复合诱导DGP大鼠模型,将大鼠分为空白组、模型组、糖胃康大剂量组、糖胃康小剂量组、吗丁啉组,灌胃4周后采用放射免疫法测定其血浆胃动素水平。结果治疗后糖胃康大剂量组大鼠血浆胃动素含量明显低于模型组、小剂量组和吗丁啉组(P<0.05),与空白组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论糖胃康有降低DGP大鼠血浆胃动素水平,促进胃肠运动,从而降低血糖的作用,且呈一定的量效关系。Objective It is to discuss the influence of Tangweikang （TWK） on plasma motilin level in rats with diabetic gastroparesis （DGP）, thereby, it is to discuss the action mechanism of TWK improving DGP. Methods The DGP rat models were induced with streptozotocin and high calorie diet. The rats were divided into blank group, model group, TWK high dose group, TWK low dose group and Motilium group. The plasma motilin levels after intragastric administration four weeks were determined with radioimmunoassay. Results The plasma motilin level in TWK high dose group after treatment was obviously lower than that in model group, TWK low dose group and Motilium group （P 〈 0.05）, and there was no significant difference on plasma motilin level between TWK high dose group and blank group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion TWK has the effects of lowering plasma motilin level in DGP rats, promoting gastrointestinal motility and thereby lowering blood sugar, and there is a certain dose-effect relation.
