摘 要:采用二甲基硅油作为研磨介质,加入少量表面活性剂,研磨出分散均匀的超微米级BN粒子体和硅油的复合胶体。在XP-5型数控销盘式摩擦磨损试验机上研究了其摩擦学性能,并探讨了超微BN对硅油润滑性能改善的作用机制。结果表明无论在常温还是在高温下,超微米BN的添加均能有效地改善硅油的边界润滑性能和承载能力。在摩擦过程中,由于BN超微粒子体对摩擦表面的修复作用以及对硅油在钢表面粘附作用的改善,BN-硅油胶体能在钢的摩擦表面形成较厚的润滑膜,从而提高了其润滑性能。An extra-micro BN-silicone oil colloid was manufactured by using dimethicone as the milling medium and adding a little surfactant. The lubricating characteristic was tested by XP-5 numerical controlled frictional and wear tester. The improving mechanism of extra-micro BN to the lubricity of silicone oil was discussed. The research shows that BN extra-micro particles can improve the boundary lubricity and bearing capacity of lubricating film at both normal temperature and elevated temperature. At the frictional process, BN extra-micro particles can repair the worn surfaces and improve the adsorption of silicone oil on the steel surfaces, thus comparatively thick lubricating films are formed on the steel surface by BN-silicone oil colllid,and the lubricating characteristic is improved.
