摘　　要：本文简述了电脑、电视、电话信息查询技术的目前状况,并阐述了在WINDOWS环境下开发此系统的软件、硬件环境和具体实现方法,对该系统的应用领域和发展前景也作了讨论,并详细介绍了软件流程。This paper summarizes briefly the present state on technology of inquiring about information by computer, Television and telephone. It also describes software and hardware and the incorporate way to develop this system under WINDOWS environment.The applied field and prosperity of this system are discussed. It also gives the process of the software in details.
