摘 要:目的探讨渝东南少数民族地区高三学生自我价值感、时间管理倾向的特点及其与学业成绩之间的关系。方法采用自我价值感和时间管理倾向量表,对土家族、苗族和汉族293名高三学生进行团体施测。结果时间价值感、时间监控和大学生有显著差异;除社会生理价值感低于常模外,自我价值感其余各维度都显著高于常模;只在总体自我价值感和个人取向一般自我价值感有显著性别差异,其余各维度均无显著差异。两个量表得分的民族差异不显著;自我价值感和时间管理倾向各维度之间显著相关,但只有总体自我价值感和社会取向一般自我价值感与学业成绩显著相关。结论苗族、土家族高三学生自我价值感、时间管理倾向同常模有显著差异,但与学业成绩关系不大。Objective To explore the self--worth and time management disposition feature of the senior high students of Tujia and Miao people and their relationships to school-work achievement. Method The Self- Worth Rating Scale and Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale were manipulated to the senior high students of Tujia and Miao people. Results It was found that there was salient difference between these ethnic senior highs and university students on Self-Worth and time management disposition. The self-worth of these students, except the social-physical self-worth, was higher than the national norm. There were gender differ- ences only on the general self-worth and general social- oriented self-worth, and there was no ethnic difference on both two scales. The self-worth and time management disposition of these students were related to each other but only general self-worth and general social-oriented self-worth had significant relation with the a- chievement in their school work. Conclusion The senior high students of Tujia and Miao people have their different self-worth and time management disposition compare with university students and national normal.
