摘　　要：科技文化是在科学技术发展过程中所形成的具有自身特征的科技器物、科学知识、科学精神、科学思维方式的复杂体系。智能犯罪是运用科学思维、计谋等智慧和利用科学知识、技能实施的犯罪。智能犯罪是科技文化的产物,在智能犯罪发展过程中,科技文化起着催化剂的作用。因为科技文化能为智能犯罪提供巨大动力、新的犯罪手段和有效的思维模式,并能催生新的犯罪类型,所以,必须充分发挥科技文化的正效应,努力克服其负效应,以防控智能犯罪。Technology culture is a complicated system that has been formed with the developing course of science and technology, the system has its Characters including technology contents, science knowledge, science spirit and science thinking mode. Brainpower crime is carried into execution by wisdoms including science thinking and stratagem and science knowledge and skills. Brainpower crime is a result of science and technology culture, in the developing course of brainpower crime, science and technology culture take an effect of activator. Technology culture could supply tremendous power for brainpower crime, it also could supply new crime means and effective thinking mode, and could midwifery new crime type, as a result, we must bring into play fully the good domino effect of technology culture, try to overcome its bad domino effect, in order to prevent and control brainpower crime.
