摘　　要：目的总结微创治疗高血压性脑出血的手术相关并发症及其防治。方法对2001-03～2006-03我科收治脑出血行微创手术者进行统计,了解手术本身所致并发症的种类,分析其发生原因、临床症状及总结防治措施。结果微创手术并发症并不少见(可达21·6%),轻者如头皮血肿、颅内少量积气等,无须作特殊处理,重者如再出血、颅内感染等可加重病情,甚至危及生命,有的需紧急转脑外科手术。结论微创治疗脑出血会出现多种手术相关并发症,应分析各种相关因素尽量避免发生,如出现做到正确施治。Objective Summarize the complication induced by micro-injury operation therapy hypertension cerebral hemorrhage and with it prevent and therapy. Methods Patients with. hypertension cerebral hemorrhage have been given from 2001.3 to 2006.3 , wewe studied studied micro-injury operation the sort of itself complication, analyze the reason,clinlcal symptom and summarize preventable measure. Results The complication of micro-injury operation was not very rare（about 21.6%）, the slighted wound such as hematoma of head skin, gas in calvaria was not needed to give particular therapy; the serious such as cerebral rehemorrhage,infection in cerebral and so on, could cause patients condition worse, even cause life＇s danger, some of them must be given emergency surgery operation. Conclusion Micro-injury operation therapy hypertension cerebral hemorrhage can cause many complications, must analyze all kinds of factors, avoid happened as far as possible, if that occurred we must correctly treat it.
