海德克胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效判定和TCD研究

摘　　要：我们用经颅彩色多普勒(TCD)检测正常人40例,偏头痛患者185例,其中典型偏头痛30例,普通型偏头痛155例。研究发现典型偏头痛在发作期和间歇期头痛侧TCD示MCA、PCA的Vp、Vm、Vd与对用组比明显加快(P<0.05),健侧无明显变化。普通型偏头痛发作期和间歇期TCD示双侧MCA、ICA的Vp、Vm、Vd较正常对照组明显加快(P<0.05),而PCA之血流速度正常(P>0.05)。海德克治疗组其脑血流速度恢复正常(P<0.05),且明显减少头痛发作次数、降低头痛程度、疼痛持续时间,与苯噻啶和氟桂嗪治疗组比(P<0.05),海德克对偏头痛的缓解率(63.49％)、总有效率(95.2％)远高于两个治疗对照组(P<0.05)。本研究证实了TCD对典型偏头痛与非典型偏头痛的诊断价值和海德克胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果。We used transcranial doppler(TCD) to observe 40 healthy controls and 185 patients with migraine including 30 typical migraine and155 general migraine. It was found that the Vp Vm Vd of MCA and PCA of headache side on TCD in typical migraine attacks and intermission patients were significant faster than that of the healthy controls (P<0. 05). There was no obvious changes in the healthy side. The VpVm Vd of MCA and ICA of bothsides on TCD in general migraine attacks and intermission patients were significant faster than that of the healthy controls (P<0. 05). but the blood velocity of PCA was normal (P>0. 05). Through the treating of Haideke the cerebral blood velocity recovered to normol (P<0. 05) , the frequency and lasting time of headache were significantlyrelieved. The remission rate and total active rate of the Haideket treating group were both significant higher than that of the Pizotifenum and flunarizine treating group. This study confirmed the diagnostic value of TCD on typical and untypical migraine and the clinical effect of Haidekein treating migraine.
