摘　　要：国家助学贷款制度可持续发展对于我国高等教育成本分担机制与贫困生资助体系的重要性是不言而喻的。但其实施7年来,始终未能解决个人金融服务在高等教育领域内的政策与实践之间的矛盾。本文结合功能金融理论,在对国家助学贷款制度可持续发展进行理论分析的基础上,深入考察了我国国家助学贷款制度的适应性、稳定性与效率性现状,进而提出构建基于“功能观”的国家助学贷款制度可持续发展路径,并进行了相应的政策诠释。It＇s self evident that the sustainable development of GSSL （government-subsidized student＇s loan） policy is very important to the cost sharing mechanism in higher education and financial assistance system for poor students in our country. However, after seven years＇practice, it was found that it couldn＇t solve the contradictory between policy and practice of personal finance service in the field of higher education. Based on a theoretical analysis of the sustainable development of GSSL policy, this essay thoroughly inspected the suitability, stability and effectiveness of GSSL policy, and put forward a way of sustainable development of GSSL policy built upon the ＂functional view＂ and interpreted the corresponding policies.
