摘 要:目的探讨平阳霉素对增殖期毛细血管瘤组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和碱性纤维母细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达的影响。方法选择处于增殖期的草莓状毛细血管瘤患儿30例,将患儿随机分为对照组和用药组。采用SABC免疫组织化学方法检测瘤体组织中VEGF和bFGF蛋白的表达。结果(1)用药组瘤体组织中VEGF蛋白的表达水平比对照组明显降低,染色明显减弱,2组之间的VEGF表达差异非常显著(Hc=6.9630,P<0.01)。(2)瘤体中bFGF蛋白的表达水平在用药组和对照组中都呈高表达,2组之间差异无显著性(Hc=0.0587,P>0.01)。结论(1)平阳霉素乳剂可降低增殖期毛细血管瘤体组织中VEGF的表达。(2)平阳霉素乳剂未对瘤体组织中bFGF的表达产生明显的影响。Objective To study the effect of bleomycin-A5 on the expression of VEGF and bFGF in the tissues of capillary hemangioma in proliferation phase.Methods 30 infant patients with strawberry hemangioma were selected in the study, These patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and the protein expressions of VEGF and bFGF in the hemangioma tissues were examined by SABC immunohistochemical method. Results ( 1 ) Protein expression of VEGF in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group and the stain was weaker, there was a significant differences between the two groups (Hc = 6.9630, P 〈0.01).(2) Protein expression levels of bFGF in the two groups were high, however, there was no significant difference between the two groups (Hc = 0. 0587, P 〉 0.01 ). Conclusions ( 1 ) Bleomycin-A5 could decrease the of VEGF in the tissues of capillary hemangiomas in proliferation phase, which provided a new theoretical basis for the clinical application of bleomycin-A5. (2) Bleomycin-A5 had no effect on the expression of bFGF in the tissues of hemangioma. This result agreed with the investigation of Takshashi that there was a excessive expression of bFGF in hemangiomas in proliferation phase and early degeneration phase.
