摘  要:为深入研究粘贴钢板加固钢筋混凝土桥梁的加固效果,结合河北省十里铺特大桥加固工程,对试验孔分别进行了加固前后的对比性荷载试验和非线性数值模拟,试验结果表明,粘贴钢板可明显增加破损主梁的抗弯刚度,有效抑制混凝土开裂;非线性数值计算结果表明,加固后极限承载力提高了25%,并提出了解决后加钢板应力—应变滞后问题的措施。Strengthening concrete structure through externally bonding of steel plates is a usual structural strengthening method. Many researchers focused on experiments in labs, but there, a few have been combined with practical bridge engineering. Based on the bridge repairing in Hebei,experiment and nonlinear numerical modal were carried out to further study the effect of reinforced concrete bridges with externally bonded steel plates. The experiment results indicate that strengthening with steel plates can not only enhance the stiffness of weakened girders, but also decrease the number of cracks on the surface of girders. The numerical calculation indicate the ultimate bearing capacity of girders was increased by the bridge strengthening, The problem of the hysteretic stress-strain of the bonded steel plates is solved by unload before bridges strengthening.
