塑料颈枕矫治器推磨牙向后的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析塑料颈枕矫治器推磨牙向后矫治的牙颌面变化。方法:替牙晚期及恒牙早期上颌牙弓内轻、中度拥挤的患者32例(男性11例,女性21例)年龄10～13岁。采用Cetlin等人推磨牙向后的方法,平均推磨牙的治疗时间为5.3月。以X线头影测量分析为研究手段。结果:塑料颈枕矫治器治疗后软组织、骨组织方面无明显改变。牙齿方面U1-NA(°)、U1-NA(mm)分别增加4.33°、2.16mm(P<0.05),表明上中切牙唇向倾斜;U6-SN(°)、U6-PTV(mm)分别减少5.41°、2.92mm,表明上颌第一恒磨牙远中移动同时伴有远中倾斜。结论:塑料颈枕矫治器能够有效地移磨牙向远中移动,但需患者积极合作。Objective To analyze acrylic cervical occipital appliance and its effects on dental and skeletal structure. Methods 32 patients （21 females and 11 males）with maxillary mild-moderate crowed malocclusion ,aged from 10-13 were treated with acrylic cervical occipital appliance, The duration for distalization of upper molars was 5.3 months on average. Cephalomatric analysis was used. Results The upper incisor moved mesially 2.16mm,with 4.33° flaring, The upper molar was distalized by 2.92mm with 5.41°tipping distally. Conclusion Acrylic cervical occipital appliance can distalize the upper molar effectively with patients active cooperation.
