西部高等教育核心竞争力的思考

摘　　要：文章结合核心竞争力知识,从经费、师资、办学特色三个方面分析阻碍西部高等教育核心竞争力形成的因素。指出西部高等教育只有结合本地区独特的人文、资源、地理环境创特色办学,并调整教育、专业结构适应自身经济发展,则西部高等教育体系自然会逐步形成。Combining with the acknowledge of core competitive ability, from three aspects of outlay, instructors and characteristic of higher education in western China,this thesis analyses the holdbacks which had influenced the forming of core competitive ability of higher education in this area.And it indicates that only ff the higher education in western China could integrate the particular humanities,resource and location conditions,and could adjust the structure of education and specialty to fit the development of economy in this particular area,then the higher education system in western China could be formed naturally.
