高校教学档案的特点及管理对策

摘　　要：教学档案作为教学活动的原始记录,具有连续性、知识性和周期性的特点。目前教学档案在管理中还存在着不完整、不规范、监督力度不够、管理手段落后等缺点;因此制定相应的教学档案管理制度,加强教学档案的建设很有必要。As raw records of teaching activities, teaching portfolio itself has the characteristics of continuity, knowledge and periodicity. Nowadays,administration of teaching portfolio exists some weak points like imperfection, abnomalization, strengthless supervision and backward supervisor mode ect. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate appropriate teaching protfolio administration rules and strengthen its construction.
