摘 要:采用化学发光法对81株分离自深海沉积物的真菌和93株红树林的内生真菌进行抗氧化活性物质的筛选.结果表明,供测菌株中有7株深海真菌、1株红树林内生真菌对于活性氧具有抑制作用,占供测菌株的4.60%.在7株深海真菌中有3株对羟基自由基和过氧化氢均表现出了较好的抑制作用.进一步采用化学发光法和DPPH法追踪上述3株深海真菌(114、115、134)发酵产物的水溶性聚糖和有机相中的抗氧化活性物质,发现有机相表现出较好的抗氧化活性,3株真菌的IC50分别是:1.92、55.55和11.23μg/mL(.OH);1.45、13.79和72.29μg/mL(H2O2);112.45、58.87和169.39μg/mL(DPPH);而水相中的水溶性聚糖也具有不同程度的抗氧化活性.海洋真菌是产生抗氧化活性物质的重要资源.The antioxidant activity of one hundred and seventy-four strains of marine fungi that isolated from deep-sea sediment and mangrove debris,was determined by chemical luminometry. The results showed that seven strains isolated from deep-sea sediment and one strain isolated from mangrove debris had the ability of scavenging H2 O2, accounting for 4.60 % of the strains tested. Of the seven strains three had the ability of scavenging H2 O2 and · OH. The antioxidant activity of 114, 115 and 134 were further determined by chemical luminometry and DPPH free radical assay. The results suggested that the EAF of the three fungus with the IC5o of 1.92,55.55 and 11.23 μg/mL( · OH system) ;1.45,13.79 and 72.29 μg/mL( H2 O2 system); 112.45,58. 87 and 169.39 μg/mL (DPPH system),respectively;and the glycans of the three strains also had the antioxidant activities.
