摘　　要：目的探讨术前化疗、放疗联合热疗在直肠癌局部复发治疗中的疗效。方法对20例直肠癌局部复发病人在手术前给予35～40Gy照射,5Fu的和CF的化疗,以及热疗,在化疗结束2、3周后采用手术治疗。结果治疗期间无死亡病例,经联合治疗后肿瘤缩小,有15例行根治性手术,无手术并发症,5年生存率45%(9/20)。结论术前化疗、放疗联合热疗对于直肠癌局部复发治疗是较好的治疗方案。[Objective] To explore the effect of combined preoperative chemotherapy and thermotherapy with radiotherapy for locally recurrent rectal cancer. [Methods] Twenty patients with locally recurrent rectal cancer were given 35～40 Gy raying, ehemotherpy with 5-FU and CF and thermotherapy before operation. Then operations were adopted 2, 3 weeks after chemotherapy. [Result] There were no death during treatment period, the tumor become minifieation. 15 patients were adopted radical surgery. Survival rate of 5 years was 45.0% （9/20）. [Conclusion] Combined preoperative chemotherapy and thermotherapy with radiotherapy is a better neoadiuvant therapy for locally recurrent rectal cancer.
