摘 要:用溶胶-凝胶法合成了白榴石前驱体,对未加矿化剂和加入了5mol%LiF,CaF2,LiCl,CaCl·2H2O,NaF,MgF的前驱体分别在750℃、800℃、850℃、900℃、1000℃和1100℃热处理,采用XRD和差热分析对试样进行测试。结果表明:上述添加物对于促进白榴石析晶和提高其纯度都有一定的效果,其中加入5mol%LiF和5mol%CaF2后对白榴石的析晶有很强的促进作用,经过850℃处理后的前驱体出现明显的白榴石析晶,析晶温度比没有添加剂的前驱体低150℃左右。Leucite precursor was prepared using sol-gel method,The precursors without minerlizer and with 5mol% LiF,CaF2,LiCl,CaCl.2H2O,NaF,MgF2 was treated at 750℃, 800℃, 850℃, 900℃, 1000℃ and 1100℃ respectively. The samples were analyzed by XRD and DTA. All additives mentioned above have a certain of effects to accelerate leucite crystallization and increase its purity.The addition of LiF and CaF2 was found to be very effective to promote leucite crystallization from the precursor , leucite phase appeared obviously after treated the precursor at 850E which is about 150℃ lower than the crystallization temperature of the precursor without any additive.
