摘　　要：在分析图书馆信息资源建设核心内容的基础上,探论网络环境下图书馆在馆藏文献资源数字化、电子文献资源合理构建以及网络信息资源重组等方面应采取的方法和技术措施,并就实施中存在的主要问题提出对策或建议。On the base of analyzing the core contents of information resources construction of library in the network environment, this paper researches on the method and technical measure in the digitalization of collection document resources, reasonable construction of electronic document resources and the networks information resources reintegration, ect., then it puts forward some strategies and suggestions for the major problems on implementation.
