摘　　要：目的探讨富含半胱氨酸61(Cyr61)在非特指外周T细胞淋巴瘤中的表达及意义。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR和免疫组织化学技术分别检测非特指外周T细胞淋巴瘤中Cyr61mRNA及其蛋白水平的表达情况,用细胞核增殖相关抗原(Ki-67)单克隆抗体标记肿瘤细胞并计算细胞增殖指数,用SPSS10.0软件分析Cyr61表达与该肿瘤细胞增殖指数、临床特征及预后的关系。结果①20例非特指外周T细胞淋巴瘤中有17例(85.0%)Cyr61mRNA表达上调,15例(75.0%)肿瘤细胞CYR61蛋白表达阳性;②Cyr61表达与该肿瘤细胞增殖指数呈正相关(r=0.8,P=0.008);③Cyr61表达与该肿瘤的临床分期、B症状及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)有关(P=0.026,P=0.006,P=0.010);④Cox多因素相关分析显示,年龄>60岁和Cyr61表达上调为预后不良因素(P=0.020和P=0.021)。结论Cyr61在非特指外周T细胞淋巴瘤中广泛表达,可能与该肿瘤的临床特征和预后有关。Objective To investigate the expression of cysteine rich 61 （ Cyr61 ） and its clinical significance in unspecified peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Methods Cyr61 mRNA and expression of CYR61 protein were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method and immunohistochemistry, respecitvely. Proliferation index（ PI ） was counted by detection tumor cells with Ki-67 antibody. SPSS10.0 statistical software was used to analyze the correlations between the expression of Cyr61 and PI,clinical features and prognosis of unspecified peripheral T-cell lymphoma patients. Results （1）Over expression of Cyr61 mRNA was found in 17/20（85.0% ）by realtime fluorescence quantitative PCR method and the tumor cells expressed CYR61 protein in 15/20 （75.0% ） by immunohistochemistry ; （2） The expression of Cyr61 was positively related to the PI of the tumor（ r = 0.8, P = 0.0008） ;（3）Expression of Cyt61 was related to the clinical stage, B symptom and the serum level of lactate dehydrogenase （ LDH ） （ P = 0. 026, P = 0. 006, P = 0. 010 ） ; （4） Cox multivariate analysis showed age of more than 60 years and positive Cyt61 expression were independent prognostic factors（ P = 0.020, P = 0.021 ）. Conclusion Cyt61 was widely expressed in unspecitied peripheral T-cell lymphoma tissues and may be related to clinical features and prognosis of unspecitied peripheral T-cell lymphoma patients.
