摘　　要：企业内部控制制度是实现现代企业管理的重要组成部分,也是企业生产经营活动赖以顺利进行的基础。随着社会主义市场经济的建立和逐步完善,市场竞争的日趋激烈。加强内部控制制度建设是建立现代企业制度的内在要求。The controlling system inside the enterprise is a main component of the modem enterprise managenent, and a foundation of the enterprise production and management. With the establishment and the perfection of the socialist market economy, the market competition goes intensely day after day. It is an inside requirement to enhance the inside controlling system construction for building a modem enterprise system.
