浅谈独立学院应用型人才的培养

摘　　要：独立学院是我国现代教育体系的重要组成部分。独立学院根据自身的特点以及市场需求确定独立学院的定位是培养应用型人才,独立学院在办学过程中遇到的如学生层次、产权问题、教学形式及教学手段、实践教学等困难及问题。独立学院在培养应用型人才的过程中必须加强素质教育,增大资金投入、合理配置资源、突出创新能力的培养及加大实践教学的力度。The unattached institute is an important part of modern educational cording to the character of its own as well as the demand of the market, the unatta location, which is to cultivate the applied talents. The unattached institute meets system in our country. Acched institute determines its a bit difficulties and problems when running a school. For example, student hierarchy, property right questions, teaching forms, teaching means and practical teaching. What ＇s more, it is discussed that we must strenghthen quality education when cultivating the applied talents in the Unattached Institute. At the same time, we should increase funds input, dispose resources reasonally, protrude the development on original ability and enlarge dynamics on practical teaching.
