摘  要:目的:探讨前列腺癌(PCa)组织中CD146(Mel-CAM,MUC18)和微血管密度(MVD)的表达及其与PCa的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测39例PCa、20例癌前病变和20例良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中CD146蛋白的表达及微血管计数。结果:39例PCa中32例CD146蛋白表达阳性(82.05%,32/39),较癌前病变组及BPH组明显增高,与病理分级无关,但在浸润型肿瘤(C+D)期与局限性肿瘤(A+B)期的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。PCa组织中MVD38.75±9.50,随分化程度的降低和临床分期的升高而升高。结论:CD146与PCa微血管形成相关;CD146表达和微血管的形成在PCa的发生、浸润和转移中起重要作用。检测CD146蛋白的表达和MVD有助于判断病情程度及预后。To probe into the expression of CD146 and microvessel density(MVD) in tissues of prostatic carcinomas and their correlation with prostatic carcinoma. Methods : Expression of CD146 protein and MVD in 39 cases of prostate cancer tissue,20 cases of precan-cerosis and 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)tissue were examined by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: In primary prostate cancer group, the total positive rate of CD146 was 82.05% (32/39),which was higher than that in precancerosis and BPH. The expression of CD146 was not correlated with the pathological grade of prostate cancer ( P 〉 0.05 ), and there were significant differences between stage A,/3 and C, D( P〈 0.05). Of all the primary prostate cancer tissues, the average MVD was 38.75 ± 9.50, and the microvessel counting in prostate cancers was significantly correlated with the pathological grade and clinical stage. Conclusion : Overexpression of CD146 may play a certain role in the angiogenesis of primary prostate cancers. The expression of CD146 and angiogenesis closely correlate with the development, progress and metastasis of PCa. The findings suggest that CD146 and MVD examination are helpful to evaluate the tumor development and prognosis.
