摘　　要：我院是国家安全生产监督管理总局唯一直属院校,担负着为煤矿及其它安全生产领域输送专门人才的重任,安全意识的培养与教育即是我院的最大特色。法学专业的人才培养方向应与此保持一致,而不能与国内一般大学雷同,必须突出安全特色,从而在众多的同类院校中做到人无我有、人有我优、人优我新的格局。To a university, the character of training of talents is the foundation of its big competition. Specialized course of laws is new in the North China Institute of Science and Technology, and has no strong basis of training of talents. Under this circumstance, how to survive and own its specialty has become critical problem. The North China Institute of Science and Technology is the only institution of higher learning directly under the State Administration of Work Safety, and has the burden of culturing talents for coal mines and other work safety fields. All of these are the biggest specialty of the North China Institute of Science and Technology, and talents training of specialized course of laws should be in accord with it. Only in this way can we become competitive in so many universities.
