摘　　要：任意形状图像压缩对于数字图像信息在网络上实现快速传输和实时处理具有重要的意义。介绍任意形状图像压缩所涉及算法的研究进展,分析了各种算法的优缺点。Arbitrary shape image compression is of special significance of the fast transmission and real-time processsing of digital image information in internet. Introduces the development of arbitrary shape image compression algorithms, analyzes the advantages and disavantages of different kinds of algrithms.
