银连合剂的抗菌和消炎作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察银连合剂治疗慢性咽喉炎的疗效。[方法]采用体外抑菌试验和小鼠耳肿胀试验,考察银连合剂在体外和体内的抗菌消炎作用。[结果]银连合剂对金葡球菌、肺炎双球菌、大肠杆菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,最小抑菌浓度分别为1000μl·ml-1、500μl·ml-1、250μl·ml-1、125μl·ml-1、62·5μl·ml-1、31·25μl·ml-1、15·62μl·ml-1、7·81μl·ml-1,并能明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀,提高肿胀抑制率。[结论]银连合剂具有很好的抗菌消炎作用。[Objective]To study the curative effect of Yinlian Mixture on pharyngolaryngitis. [Method]Ant-microbial in vitro and rates swelling experiment was used to survey the therapeutic effect both in vitro and vivo. [Result] Yinlian Mixture can inhibit the microbial effectively,and the MIC for Staphylococcus aureus, pneumoniae diplococcus, bacillus coli, streptococcus Ⅰ , and streptococcus Ⅱ were 1000μl · ml^- 1,500μl · ml^- 1,250μl · ml^- 1 ,125μl · ml^- 1,62.5μl· ml^- 1 ,31.25μl · ml^- 1,15.62μl · ml^- 1 ,7.81μl · ml^- 1 ,and can inhibit the swelling of auricle in rate which caused by dimethyl benzene effectively. [Conclusion] Yinlian Mixture has good effect on ant-microbial and anti-inflammatory.
