摘　　要：[目的]探讨腹部手术后胃瘫综合征(PGS)中西医结合治疗与护理。[方法]对15例PGS患者采用中西医结合治疗及全方位的护理,包括心理、中药和肠内肠外营养等方面的护理。[结果]15例患者经中西医结合治疗及全方位的护理均恢复良好。[结论]对PGS患者采取中西医结合治疗及加强全方位的护理有助于病情恢复。[Objective]To explore the nursing and treatment of combining TCM and western medicine to gastric paralysis syndrome （PGS） after abdominal operation. [Method] Apply complete nursing and treatment of combining TCM and western medicine to 15 cases of PGS,including psychology, Chinese drugs and nutrients inside and ouside intestine. [Result] 15 cases recovered well. [Conclusion] The said method is good at curing the said disease.
