摘  要:目的:研究不同模式低氧训练后大鼠脾淋巴细胞功能的变化,探讨机体免疫功能的变化规律。方法:120只大鼠按照氧环境(常氧、高住低练、低氧)和训练强度(无、中和高强度)随机形成9种组合,中等强度训练5周,高强度训练6周,测定淋巴细胞转化功能。结果:单纯的低氧环境和高强度训练均能显著上调B细胞分化功能,低氧高强度训练后B细胞分化功能进一步显著增强,HiLo环境则对T细胞功能具有显著抑制作用,但HiLo训练能减轻环境对T细胞的抑制;常氧下长期中、高强度训练后脾T细胞功能受抑,但低氧和HiLo训练后未见相同结果。Objective: Lymphocytes function in spleen of rats after hypoxic training of different modal was studied in order to inquire into the immunity function of body. Methods: 120 rats were randomly divided into 9 combinations according to the oxygen environment [normal o2, living high and training low (HiLo), living low and training low (LL)] and the training intensity [no training , middle intensity training(MT)and high intensity training(HT)]. The period of train ing was 5 wks (MT) and 6 wks (HT) respectively. I.ymphocytes proliferation function in spleen was measured. Results: The lower O2 environment and HT improved B lymphocytes proliferation function significantly, HT in lower O2 environment increased it further. The HiLo environment repressed T lymphocytes proliferation function significantly, but HiLo reduced the repression of environment. Mt and HT in normal oxygen damaged the T lymphocytes proliferation function significantly, but LL and HiLo didn,t.
