摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法,在问卷调查的基础上,针对体育专业研究生所应具备的创新素质与现实中的差距,对体育专业研究生创新素质的现状,进行了综合分析,提出意识因素、思维因素、品格因素和行为因素,都有待提高。The quality current situation has carried out comprehensive analysis and on basis investigating whether in questionnaire, specifically for what sports special field graduate student responds to gap in the quality being innovative and reality having is innovative to sports special field graduate student, basis studying the culture reaching the conclusion , the quality being innovative to look forward to being a sports special field graduate student that the factor behavior factor is all duer comparing with others institute improves disregarding being quality consciousness factor , thought factor , character of person being innovative provides theory.
