摘　　要：软科学研究项目绩效评估是当前科技管理研究广泛关注的问题。论述了地方软科学研究项目绩效评估的概念与作用、绩效评估的程序,并提出了一套较为完整、系统和具有可操作性的绩效评估指标体系及评估方法,可为地方软科学研究项目管理科学决策提供有益的借鉴。Performnce appraisal of soft science research program is an issue which is now beenpaid more and more attention.This article explained the concept and function of performance appraisal of regional soft science research project, and explicated the process of performance appraisal. It also developed an indicator system for performance appraisal and the methods of performance appraisal. This article can provide an reference for the decision-making of regional soft science research program management.
