摘　　要：诚信是一种高尚的品格,更是一种宝贵的资源。“金信工程”实现了我国工商行政管理的信息化,有效地促进我国企业诚信建设的展开。只有把诚信放在第一位,企业才能在瞬息万变的商战中立于不败之地。Credibility is not only one kind of lofty character, but also one kind of precious resource. ＂Gold Faith＂ Project has realized informationization of industrial business administration in our country, and promoted the development of credibility construction effectively. Only to put the credibility in the first place, could enterprise be outstanding in the variable business battle.
