摘　　要：国家助学贷款推行难的主要原因是风险大,而助学贷款的外部经济性使得其风险防范与其他商业性贷款的风险防范有所不同。本文分析了制约湖南省国家助学贷款发展的因素,提出了防范和化解贷款风险、促进国家助学贷款健康发展的对策。The difficulty of promoting Country＇s Grant -in -aid loan mainly resulted from high risk. Its external economical efficiency makes it different risk prevention mechanism from other commerical loans. By analyzing the reasons for restricting Country＇s Grant - in - aid loan in hunan province, this paper makes recommendations for the prevention and solution to financial crisis, promotion to the healthy development of the state financed student loan.
