摘  要:以青岛海湾大桥红岛航道桥为工程背景,对钢箱梁斜拉桥桥面板进行受力性能分析。将桥面板分为3个基本受力体系:桥面板作为主梁截面的一部分承受车辆运营荷载(第一基本体系);由桥面板和纵横向加劲肋组成桥面结构,承受桥面车轮荷载(第二基本体系);支承在纵横加劲肋上的钢桥面板直接承受车轮局部荷载(第三基本体系)。建立空间杆系模型和空间板壳模型对桥面板进行有限元分析,得到各体系下结构的受力特性,针对3个体系下桥面板正应力进行叠加。结果表明:钢箱梁顶板的最大压应力为87.7 MPa,满足规范要求;运用应力叠加进行钢桥面板计算是一种近似的方法,计算得出的结果一般偏于保守,但其精度可以满足设计要求。Taking Qingdao Bay bridge as the engineering background, the performance of the steel deck of cable-stayed bridge with steel box girder was studied. To study the performance of the orthotropic steel deck, it was partitioned into three basis systems: the first structural system is that cover board is considered as a part of the main girder to support the vehicle load; the second structural system is floor system of bridge which includes the longitudinal rids, the transverse rids and the cover board, supporting the vehicle wheel load; the third structural system is that the cover board is supported by the longitudinal rids and the transverse rids, resisting the local wheel load directly. The spatial beam finite element model and spatial shell finite element model were created and the performance of every system was analyzed. Through adding the three systems' stress, the maximal compressive stress is 87. 7 MPa, which could meet the standard requirement. The method of superimposed stresses is an approximate calculation method. The result, which was obtained by superimposed stresses method, is conservative. But the calculation precision can satisfy the design requirement. 1 tab, 10 figs, 10 refs.
