摘　　要：在当今社会,生态危机日益严重,这迫使人类要高度关注人与自然的关系,使企业与企业自身所赖以生存的自然生态环境能够协调发展。基于生态自然观,对企业生态管理涵义及系统思考方法作了简要论述,并从战略、生产、人力和营销4个分项出发,对如何构建企业生态管理系统及其具体实施作了系统的描述。In modern society, the crisis of ecosystem becomes serious day by day, which forces the mankind to pay close attention to the relationship of people and natural. Then the enterprise and the natural ecological environment could develop inharmony. Based on the view of the ecology, the concept of enterprise ecological management and the thinking method of system are briefly described. And in the aspect of strategy, production, manpower and marketing,the construction and the specific implementation of the enterprise＇s ecological management are focused on.
