摘　　要：目的探讨泪道激光成型联合泪道硅胶管留置治疗泪道阻塞的治疗效果。方法91例(96眼)泪道阻塞行泪道激光成型联合泪道硅胶管留置治疗,术后随访,观察泪道引流泪液功能的恢复情况。结果术后随访6个月以上,泪道保持通畅83眼(86.46%),通而不畅9眼(9.38%),泪道不通4眼(4.17%)。结论泪道激光成型联合泪道硅胶管留置治疗泪道阻塞是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combination of Nd：YAG laser and indwelling silicone tube for patients with obstruction of lacrimal passage. Methods 91 patients （96 eyes） with obstruction of lacrimal passage were treated with combination of Nd：YAG laser and indwelling silicone tube, function of lacrimal passage was followed up. Results The mean follow - up was 6 months, lacrimal passages of 83 eyes were complete unobstruction （86.46%）, 9 eyes were incomplete unobstruction （9.38%） and 4 eyes were obstruction （4.17%）. Conclusions Combination of Nd：YAG laser and indwelling silicone tube is an useful method to treat the obstruction of lacrimal passage.
