韧粘素和血管内皮生长因子在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系

摘　　要：目的研究细胞外基质糖蛋白—韧粘素(Tenascin)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测52例胃癌及相应癌旁正常胃组织中的韧粘素和血管内皮生长因子的表达水平。采用χ2检验及相关分析法分析临床病理因素与上述指标的相关性。结果韧粘素和血管内皮生长因子在胃癌组织中阳性表达率分别为75%和65.4%,而在正常胃组织未见表达(P<0.001);韧粘素和血管内皮生长因子的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤病灶大小、部位无关,与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、临床分期、淋巴转移有关(P<0.05)。韧粘素与血管内皮生长因子的表达在胃癌中呈明显正相关关系(r=0.375,P<0.05)。结论韧粘素和血管内皮生长因子与胃癌的发生、发展、转移相关,并参与肿瘤血管生长的某些环节,对胃癌有不同程度的促进作用。Objective To investigate the expression of matrix Tenascin and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor （VEGF） in Gastric Cancer and to study the relationshipbetween themwith tumor angiogenesis and clinical pathology. Methods The expression levels of Tenascin and VEGF were examined by SP immunohistochemical technology in 52 gastric cancer patients and their adjacent normal tissues, then the relationshipbetween them with clinical pathology was analysed by χ2 test. Results The expression rate of Tenascin, VEGF in the tissues of gastric cancer were 75% and 65.4% , respectively. Tenascin and VEGF were not expressed in paracancerous tissues;the difference was significant （P 〈 0.001 ）. Tenascin/VEGF expression was not correlated with the magnitude, location of the cancer or gender age of the patients;it was correlated with tumor differentiation degree, histological grade, lymph node metastasis and clinical grade of gastric cancer. Through Spearman Bivariate Correlations analysis, Tenascin was positivelycorrelated with VEGF （ rs = 0.325,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Tenascin and VEGF play an important role in the development of gastric cancer. Tenascin may work in coordination with VEGF in promoting the angiogenesis of gastric cancer.
