六西格码方法在制丝质量管理中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了上海卷烟厂制丝车间采用六西格玛方法进行质量管理的初步应用,并结合车间的应用实践,具体给出了六西格码的一些独特创新方法(如6σ团队、DPMO、劣质成本、DMAIC、防差错设计等)。6σ方法早已在国外的代表公司(如美国Foxboro公司)应用,并取得了良好的效果,该方法对国内企业中的推广应用也具有一定的参考借鉴意义。The preliminary applications of 6-Sigma method in quality management of tobacco cutting workshop of Shanghai Tobacco Factory are introduced. With the practice, some innovative methods of 6-Sigma, including 6σ team, DPMO, cost of poor quality, DMAIC and POKAYOKE, etc. , are given concretely. 6-Sigma method had been used in representative foreign companies for a long time, e.g. Foxbore, with good effects. This method is also considered as the reference for propagating to be applied in domestic enterprises.
