摘 要:目的:通过考察各单味药材挥发性成分在成品中的转移率,确定制备工艺的可行性。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别从当归、乳香、没药、筋伤止痛贴中提取挥发油;用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行鉴定,同时用峰面积归一化法测定样品中各组分的质量分数,并考察各单味药材在成品中的转移率。结果:当归成分的转移率为75%,乳香成分的转移率为61.5%,没药成分的转移率为55.6%。结论:药材中的大部分挥发性成分在成品中均能检出,制备工艺合理可行。Objective:To verify the feasibility of the preparing technology of Jinshangzhitong plaster by estimating the transference rate of the volatile components of the crude drugs. Method:The volatile oils were extracted from Jinshangzhitong plaster, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Olibanum and Myrrha by steam distillation and identified by GC - MS. The components were quantified with area normalization method. Their transference rate were caculated. Results:The transference rate of Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Olibanum, Myrrha were 75% ,61.5% ,55.6% respectively. Conclusion: Most of the volatile components of the crude drugs can be detected in the preparation, thus the preparing technology is resonable and feasible.
