摘 要:试验先分别采用0,0.5,1.0,2.0和4.0 mg/ml的羧甲基壳聚糖溶液处理二叶一心的黄瓜幼苗,再于10%PEG中渗透胁迫处理3 d,以研究渗透胁迫下羧甲基壳聚糖对黄瓜幼苗氧化损伤的影响。结果表明,羧甲基壳聚糖能够提高渗透胁迫下黄瓜幼苗叶片叶绿素和脯氨酸的含量,诱导SOD、POD和CAT活力的上升,延缓MDA的积累,从而有效缓解渗透胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的氧化损伤。Carboxymethyl chitosan at 0,0.5,1.0,2.0 and 4.0 mg/ml was sprayed on cucumber seedlings respectively, and then the cucumber seedlings were stressed under osmotic stress of 10 % PEG for 3 days respectively, in order to study the influence of carboxymethyl chitosan on oxidative damage of cucumber seedlings under osmotic stress. The main results were as follows: The content of chlorophyll and proline were increased by treat with carboxymethyl chitosan under osmotic stress. The result also expresses that the activity of SOD, POD and CAT were enhanced too. In addtion, the content of MDA were reduced. It is concluded that carboxymethyl chitosan can effectively alleviate the oxidative damage of the osmotic stress to cucumber seedlings.
