利用大动物模拟腭裂的建模方法及其应用评价

摘  要:模拟先天性腭裂的动物模型是研究腭裂病因学、流行病学、临床治疗学等方面的重要手段之一。迄今建立和使用的腭裂模型动物有许多种,其中啮齿类动物如大鼠和小鼠的腭裂模型已比较稳定和成熟,但利用大动物如羊、猪、狗、猴、猫等的腭裂动物模型建模方法尚处于摸索阶段,其重复性及稳定性差。本文就上述大动物腭裂模型的分类、建立方法及应用评价作一综述。An experimental cleft palate (CP) animal model simulating clinical congenital deformities is one of the most important ways for its etiology, embryonic development, epidemiology and clinical therapeutics. Among those animal model establishing methods have been introduced, the rodents animal models in rats and mice have been already quite stable and mature. However, to establish big animal model in such as goats, pigs, dogs, monkeys or cats is still on exploring stage. They are poor in reproducibility and stability. This review outlined the categorization, establishing methods, applications and evaluations of the mentioned experimental CP models in big animals, in order to provide reference for selecting suitable animal model for CP etiologic and therapeutic studies.
