摘　　要：在正畸治疗中,对于某些牙列拥挤不很严重,面型尚可的病例,拔除第二前磨牙是一种行之有效的方法。本文从拔除第二前磨牙理论的提出、发展历史、适应证以及拔除第二前磨牙后牙移动规律以及颅颌面组织的结构变化等作一综述。It is an effective way to extract four second premolars in the cases, which have slight crowding, slight hi-maxillary protrusion and Class I molar relationship. The article reviewed the proposal of the second premolar extraction, the development, the indication, and the rule of tooth movement and the change of the craniofacial tissue, and so on.
