摘 要:目的了解海南省黎族中小学生现时营养状况,为制定营养干预措施提供理论依据。方法采取整群分层抽样的方法,以WHO推荐的“身高标准体重法”为标准,评价海南省白沙、陵水、昌江、乐东4个黎族自治县共计24所学校2079名学生营养状况。结果在所有黎族学生中,营养不良633人,占30.45%;男生营养不良率低于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);城镇学生肥胖率显著高于乡村,男生显著高于女生,小学生显著高于中学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论海南省黎族中小学生营养不良与营养过剩两类问题同时存在,且有地域、性别、年龄差别,营养干预工作的重点应在城镇。[ Objective] To learn the nutrition status among the primary and middle school students of Li nationality in Hainan and provide theoretical basis for establishing nutrition intervention measures. [ Methods] With the " Height - weight Standard" recommended by WHO as the criteria, cluster sampling method was applied to evaluate the nutrition status among 2079 students from Baisha, Lingshui, Changjiang, Ledong autonomous counties. [ Results ] 633 students (30.45%) were found with malnutrition; the rate of malnutrition among male students was significantly lower than that of the female students, the difference had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the obesity rate among the urban, male and primary school students was significantly higher than that among the rural, female and middle school students, the difference had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.01). [ Conclusion] Malnutrition and surplus nutrition coexist among primary and middle school students with difference in region, sex and age; nutrition interference should be emphasized in urban areas.
